• Overlapping Profile Design: Allows the nosing to overlap the flooring on the back edge, accommodating standard floor thicknesses while creating a seamless transition.
• Dimensions: Measures 2.23" wide x 1.03" tall x 94" long, providing full-length coverage for most commercial staircases.
• Scratch & UV Resistant: Maintains appearance under constant foot traffic and natural light exposure without fading or showing wear marks.
• Easy to Clean: Low-maintenance surface that wipes clean with minimal effort, ideal for high-traffic facilities requiring frequent sanitization.
• Sound Insulation: Reduces noise transfer from footsteps, creating a quieter environment in schools, offices, and healthcare settings.
• Non-Flammable: Meets fire safety standards required for institutional and commercial building codes.
• Warm Underfoot Comfort: Vinyl construction provides a warmer feel compared to hard materials, even on wet floors.

This stair nose molding protects the vulnerable edge of each step from the constant wear of foot traffic while preventing chips, cracks, and water damage. The overlapping design accommodates typical rigid vinyl plank thicknesses, ensuring a professional fit without gaps or misalignment. Perfect for commercial properties, institutional facilities, and high-traffic residential staircases, this trim combines safety, durability, and low maintenance into a single solution that extends the lifespan of your flooring investment.
