We are an online marketplace and as such do not have any showrooms for you to go and view the products in person. We do have samples for a large range of our products that can ship directly to you in 5-7 days. You can click “Order Sample” on any available product to add it to your cart.

 Unfortunately, we do not provide any estimates or installation services.

Samples are highly recommended for a better assessment of the current batch of this product before committing to a larger purchase.

Even though we do everything we can to truly represent the overall colors/shades of the current batch of the product with our product photos, due to various monitors and settings, it may not be directly possible to view the exact shading/coloring characteristics of the material entirely on your screen. Therefore, current actual samples should be obtained and approved before committing to a larger order.

Yes there’s a min quantity per product. But you can combine different products to reach min order quantity. Just contact us at customerservice@gobek.com we can combine your different products in one cart.

Most standard orders take 7-10 business days depending on how far the product has to travel to reach you. If the product is out of stock, however, wait time is approximately 6-8 weeks. Container orders generally take 8-10 weeks from the time payment is received. There is a chance that it may take longer because of factors beyond our control.

Yes we can deliver it to your residence depending on your address. Delivery is considered completed once the product has arrived at the delivery address. Some products require a vehicle like a forklift or pallet jack, depending on weight. It is your responsibility to unload the products from the truck to the ground and transport them to your garage. Building materials are heavy and will require proper equipment or labor to accept goods on delivery. Please before your order is delivered you should have properly prepared for unload and carry. 

It is reasonable to expect anywhere from 2%-10% breakage or damage, depending on the product. If breakage is above 10%, we would ask you to have it noted on the logistics receiving document and take pictures. Please make a claim with us within 10 days of receiving the order.

Yes, custom, made-to-order and container orders may not be returned or cancelled.
