Fisherman Throw Blanket | Handwoven from Natural Yak Down
Crafted with care in Mongolia, the Platinum Yak Down Fisherman’s Knit Throw is a celebration of traditional craftsmanship and responsible sourcing. Crafted in collaboration with Hangai Mountain Textiles and made entirely by family-owned firms, each fisherman's throw blanket supports nomadic herders from the Hangai mountain range, where rare yak down is hand-combed and left undyed and unbleached to preserve its natural softness. The production process—from fiber collection to the final knit—stays local, benefiting artisan communities and the environment through fair trade practices and low-impact methods.
Platinum Yak Throw | Undyed, Unbleached, and Hypoallergenic
With its classic fisherman’s knit texture and soft platinum hue, the throw brings warmth and quiet elegance to any space. Naturally hypoallergenic and breathable, yak down offers insulating comfort across seasons. The generous size and clean border detailing make it an inviting addition to a bed, sofa, or reading chair—designed to be lived with and loved over time.
