LIGHTWEIGHT OUTDOOR FLOOR FOUNTAIN
Thirty Nine Inches, Fourteen and a Half Pounds
Five angled pillars at different heights, each cut at a slant and leaning a little differently from its neighbor, so the group reads as bamboo shoots or flower stems rather than as architecture. Water starts at the tallest and drops through four lit basins on the way down, each one catching and releasing to the next.
The number that separates it from everything else here is the weight. Fourteen and a half pounds at 39.4 inches makes it by far the lightest floor fountain in the range, and that opens up places the heavy pieces cannot go. A balcony with a load limit. A roof terrace. A deck you would rather not put fifty pounds on in one spot. A rental where anything you install has to come out again. One person carries it out and sets it up without help.
The trade is honest and worth stating. Light means it moves in wind. On an exposed balcony or an open corner, a fourteen pound piece at over three feet needs shelter or a position against something solid. If your site is windy and open, one of the heavier designs will serve you better.
What Makes This Fountain Different
- Light enough for places that rule out everything else. Most floor fountains over three feet weigh between thirty and sixty pounds, which is fine on a patio and a problem on a balcony with a load limit, a roof terrace, a timber deck, or in a rental where you will have to move it again. At 14.5 pounds this one goes to those places and comes back without help or equipment. That is the entire reason to choose it, and if none of those constraints apply to you, a heavier piece will be steadier.
- Angled cuts, not level rims. Each pillar is cut on a slant and leans slightly differently, which is what makes the group read as stems rather than as pipes. Level cut cylinders would look industrial. These do not.
- A stated cord length. Six and a half feet, which is short, and most listings in this category never tell you. Measure from your outlet before deciding on a position, because past that you need an outdoor rated extension cord.
- Light in every basin. Warm LEDs sit in all four lower basins rather than at the base only, so the whole height reads after dark instead of just the bottom.
A light stepped trickle. Short falls between narrow basins give a quiet close sound with little body to it, which suits a balcony or a small terrace where a fuller fountain would be too much in an enclosed space. It will not cover traffic and will not carry across a garden. How loud it seems will still shift with the water level and whether hard surfaces surround it, which is why a fixed decibel number would tell you nothing useful about your own space.

Setup, Care, and Warranty
Setup and placement
Fill it, plug it in, done. One person, no plumbing, nothing to assemble beyond seating the parts.
Measure from the outlet first. The cord is 6.6 feet, which is shorter than most, and anything beyond that needs an outdoor rated extension cord run along a wall rather than across a walkway.
Wind and stability
At 14.5 pounds and nearly forty inches this is light for its height, so treat wind as a real consideration rather than a footnote. Put it against a wall, a railing, or planting on an exposed balcony or terrace, keep it out of open corners that funnel wind, and be aware that a filled basin adds some weight but not a great deal.
Water level and daily care
Keep enough water in the base to cover the pump so it never runs dry. A small reservoir on a light piece drops faster than a large one, so check every few days rather than weekly, and more often in heat.
Clear debris from the angled cuts. Anything caught on a slanted rim sends the flow off the side rather than into the basin below.
Winter storage
Before freezing weather, drain the base and every basin completely, disconnect and store the pump, and dry the piece out. At 14.5 pounds it comes indoors in one trip, which is the easiest winter storage of anything in this range.

Questions Before You Choose
Is it too light to be stable?
On a sheltered patio, indoors, or against a wall, no. In an open windy position, yes, and it is better to know that now. Fourteen and a half pounds at over three feet is a deliberate trade for portability. If your site is exposed, choose a heavier design and accept that it stays where you put it.
Why does the weight matter to me?
It matters if you have a balcony with a load limit, a roof terrace, a timber deck, a rental you will move out of, or simply nobody around to help you carry things. If none of those apply, the weight is not a benefit and you should be choosing on other grounds.
Where does it look right?
Modern and contemporary settings, balconies, terraces, small patios, and indoors in a bright room. The angled stem forms suit ornamental grasses and simple planting. It reads clean rather than rustic, so it sits better with modern paving than with cottage borders.
Is it safe around children and pets?
Being light and tall it is the easiest piece here to knock over, so keep it out of the main running route, away from where a dog turns a corner, and set it against something solid rather than free standing in the middle of a space. Run the cord where it will not catch a foot. The recirculating water is not intended for drinking.
