More runs. Less waiting for the next park trip.
That trick you nearly linked deserves another run. The 3 Foot Tall Halfpipe gives you a connected transition setup at home, with 8-, 12- and 16-foot widths to choose from. Keep the three-foot height and choose how much room you want across the ramp, then select the riding surface for the setup you will keep coming back to.
Keep the three-foot transition. Choose your width.
This ramp stays three feet tall as the width changes from eight to twelve or sixteen feet. That lets you add room across the transition without choosing a taller ramp. Think about the approaches you enjoy and how much of the coping span you will use. Our Ramp Shape guide helps you separate the height decision from the width decision.
Give the ramp a place in everyday life
The eight-foot-wide version measures 21 feet eight inches long. Mark out that ramp body and leave space to reach the decks, move around it and carry out the build. For a wider version, work from its selected dimensions rather than assuming every measurement stays the same. Our Space and Fit guide helps you include the surrounding area in the decision.
Choose what you will skate on
One plywood riding layer is included. You can select a second plywood layer, GatorSkins in Brown or Green, or Skatelite Pro as the surface option. An extra wood layer, a separate riding panel and a paint coating are different things; choose them for their actual role rather than treating every option as another layer of the same material. Our Riding Surfaces guide explains the choices.
Look after the wood beyond the riding face
Skate Paint is an optional coating for exposed plywood, not a replacement for the riding-surface choice. The amount supplied when selected follows the ramp's width and surface configuration. With a GatorSkins or Skatelite top, wood elsewhere on the ramp still needs care, and the coating stays off those panels. Our Ramp Care guide covers what to inspect and maintain between sessions.
Enjoy the build with a kit behind you
OC Ramps supplies pre-cut and pre-drilled parts, counted hardware and photo instructions. The eight-foot version calls for a drill and an estimated four to six hours of assembly. If your idea needs a different height, transition or layout, talk with OC Ramps custom builds before committing to a standard kit. You can start that conversation with the skating you want and the space you have.

Questions about 3 Foot Tall Halfpipe Ramp
How does the 3 Foot Tall Halfpipe Ramp compare with the Garage Mini Ramp Kit?
The 3 Foot Tall model holds a three-foot transition and offers 8-, 12-, or 16-foot widths; its eight-foot version is 21 feet 8 inches long. The Garage Mini Ramp stays 26 inches tall, uses the same width choices, and is 15 feet 8 inches long at eight feet wide. Choose between transition height, finished length, and the site each leaves usable.
How much Skate Paint comes with each 3 Foot Tall Halfpipe Ramp configuration?
For a plywood surface, select one gallon at 8 feet wide and two gallons at 12 or 16 feet. With GatorSkins or Skatelite Pro, only exposed plywood is painted: the 8- and 12-foot versions use one quart, while the 16-foot version uses one gallon. The selected paint amount follows both width and surface, not width alone.
What can riders practice on the 3 Foot Tall Halfpipe Ramp?
Use the 3 Foot Tall Halfpipe Ramp for repeated transition runs and progression on skills such as kickturns, rock-to-fakies, axle stalls, and linking tricks from wall to wall. The exact progression should match the rider's ability, the selected transition, and the clear skating area around the ramp.
How much room should I plan around the 3 Foot Tall Halfpipe Ramp?
Start with the assembled dimensions for the selected width, height, corner, and surface configuration. Then leave a clear approach, roll-away, deck access, and enough working room for assembly and maintenance. Confirm the actual site before ordering; the listed product footprint alone is not the same as a complete skating-area plan.
Can I return the 3 Foot Tall Halfpipe Ramp if it is not the right fit?
Eligible unused products may be requested for return within 30 calendar days of purchase when they are in original condition and packaging with all included parts and manuals. Customized, used, skated, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible, and freight, original shipping, processing costs, and a restocking fee may apply. Review the current OC Ramps Return Policy before ordering.
Can OC Ramps build a custom version of the 3 Foot Tall Halfpipe Ramp?
Yes. If the standard width, height, transition, or corner layout does not fit the site or intended riding, start with OC Ramps' Custom Builds page. Share the usable footprint, rider needs, desired transition, access, and location so the project can be evaluated as a custom build instead of forcing a standard kit into the wrong space.
