BigBattery 48 V EAGLE 2 — Premium Lithium Upgrade for 48 V Systems
Upgrade your 48-volt system with this high-quality LiFePO₄ (LFP) battery option. Packed into a compact GC2-style format, the EAGLE 2 delivers longer life, higher performance and cleaner power for golf carts, utility vehicles, RVs and more.
Why the EAGLE 2 Stands Out
-
True drop-in replacement – The 48 V EAGLE 2 is engineered in a GC2 form factor and mirrors the footprint of many legacy lead-acid trays (such as the T-105 style). This makes installation straightforward and cost-effective.
-
Premium cell chemistry – Featuring Tier-1 LiFePO₄ cells, it offers superior cycle life, enhanced thermal stability and better operational safety compared to older lead-acid or generic lithium packs.
-
Compact but capable – With a capacity of 1.63 kWh (32 Ah) and nominal system voltage of 48 V / 51.2 V, this battery supports meaningful upgrade in energy without requiring a large footprint.
-
Strong discharge performance – Max continuous discharge current of 60A and max continuous power of 3,072W means it can handle demanding loads and payloads. Peak discharge up to 200A for short bursts.
-
All-weather ready + rugged design – Rated IP67 / NEMA-6 for dust and water protection. Operating temperature range includes -20 °C to +60 °C (-4 °F to +140 °F).
-
Smart connectivity & scalable – CANbus communications allow integration with monitored systems. Supports up to ten (10) parallel modules for expanded capacity.
-
Long-term confidence – Backed by a 12-year warranty which underlines the manufacturer’s confidence in durability.
