Delivery and Payment Method
Once you place your order, we will contact you by phone to confirm your details and answer any questions you may have. Your rug will then be carefully packaged and shipped under optimal conditions to be delivered to your doorstep within 48 hours.
Payment is made upon delivery, in cash, with the option to inspect the rug before payment. This service is completely free and valid only in Morocco.
For orders outside Morocco, payment must be made in advance. Once payment is received, we will proceed with the shipment of your order.
