Grundfos SQFlex IO101 Interface Box Pump Controller
The Grundfos IO101 Interface Box is a reliable and essential addition to any Grundfos SQFlex pump system. Designed to provide power versatility and system protection, the IO101 enables seamless integration of an auxiliary AC power source, such as a generator, alongside solar or wind power. This ensures an uninterrupted water supply, even during periods of low solar irradiance or energy shortages.
Key Features:
- Dual Power Source Compatibility: Switch between solar and auxiliary AC power.
- Automatic Solar Reversion: Seamlessly reverts to solar when AC power is unavailable.
- User-Friendly Design: Simple controls and clear indicators for ease of operation.
- Robust Construction: IP55 enclosure for durability in harsh environments.
- System Protection: Safeguards against power fluctuations and ensures smooth transitions.
This interface box allows users to manually switch between solar power and AC power, offering flexibility for remote or off-grid water systems. The IO101 is particularly beneficial for applications such as livestock watering, irrigation, and remote residential water supplies where constant access to water is critical.
One of the standout features of the IO101 is its automatic reversion to solar power. If the auxiliary AC power source is disconnected or unavailable, the system automatically reverts to using solar power without user intervention. This functionality ensures continuous water pumping and optimizes the use of renewable energy sources.
The user-friendly design of the IO101 makes it simple to operate, with clear indicators and straightforward controls for monitoring system status and managing power transitions. Built with robust materials, the IO101 is designed to withstand harsh conditions, offering an IP55-rated enclosure that provides protection against dust and water.
The IO101 also provides system protection, managing power fluctuations and safeguarding the pump from potential damage during power transitions. This ensures the longevity and reliability of your SQFlex pump system, reducing the risk of downtime and costly maintenance.
Whether you’re using solar, wind, or auxiliary power, the Grundfos IO101 delivers reliable, efficient, and adaptable functionality for your water supply needs.
