Ceramic&Porcelain Tiles
Ceramic & Porcelain Tile is a durable product whose raw materials are natural materials such as clay, kaolin, quartz, and feldspar. In ceramic production, these natural materials are mixed at a certain rate and take the form of dough, and then the dough goes to press. The pressed dough is baked in high-temperature ovens preheated to 1100 degrees. Ceramic and porcelain tiles contain natural materials in the product content, so they do not harm human health.

Rectified and Non-Rectified Ceramics
Rectified tiles mean their edges have been corrected. Rectifying, in other words, is the removal of curvilinear surfaces on the edges of ceramics. There may be height differences between the joints in ceramic coatings, therefore the joint edges of the rectified ceramics are cut again so that the edge joints of the ceramic are almost indistinct. In non-rectified tiles, corner joints are defined and joint gaps are generally more than 2mm.
The Difference Between Ceramic and Porcelain
Porcelain and ceramic are distinguished by their manufacturing techniques and raw ingredients. Kaolin, clay, and other minerals are baked at high temperatures to make ceramic. Porcelain, on the other hand, is made completely of clay soil and is fired at a much higher temperature than ceramics. Ceramic is less resistant to temperature fluctuations than porcelain. Porcelain tiles are clean because they do not absorb moisture. Porcelain is non-porous and more durable since it is pressed under great pressure. Furthermore, ceramic and porcelain are low-maintenance materials that may be used for both floor and wall coverings.
