Manufactured Pattern Siding
Compared to natural brick and stone, it is half as light, low cost, easy to apply, maintenance-free, colorfast, and provides thermal insulation, making it an essential wall cladding material for both interior and exterior spaces. Manufactured Pattern Siding is produced using Portland cement, crushed stone sand, pumice sand, and iron oxide pigments. This provides high impact resistance. To color the surface of the stones, a color prepared from iron oxide dyes is applied to the molds. The mortar made of these components is poured into the molds coated with dye. The products are compacted using a vibration system and left to dry. Once dried, the products are removed from the molds and packaged.

Manufactured Pattern Siding Maintenance If desired, treatments like sealer and matte varnish can be applied to the surface of manufactured pattern siding.
