Manufactured Stone Flooring
Manufactured stone flooring is produced from Portland cement, crushed stone sand, pumice sand, and iron oxide and inorganic pigments. To create the desired color effects on the stones, colors prepared from iron oxide dyes are applied to specific areas of the molds. The mortar, consisting of the specified components, is poured into molds, compacted with a vibration system, and left to dry. Once dry, the products are removed from the molds and packaged.
Manufactured stone flooring is a popular choice due to its lighter weight, lower cost, lack of maintenance, and colorfastness compared to natural stones. It is suitable for use in homes, schools, workplaces, gardens, and patios.
