Often used as table olives, liokareas mixed pitted kalamata & green olives are preserved in organic extra virgin olive oil, organic red wine vinegar, liokareas mani sea salt and water. The liokareas name- pronounced lee-o-carry-us is synonymous with olives. For more than five generations, the liokareas family has harvested their farm the way it was harvested by family in 1875, by using traditional harvesting methods. Handpicked and hand-packed. Kalamata olives are found only on the peloponnese peninsula in southern greece. Same as the liokareas orchard! And what olives we don’t eat or press into oil, we offer to you!
