This gorgeous variety yields large, glossy, dark green semi-savoy leaves. Plants are a stabilized open-pollinated variety that was crossed between American spinach and viroflay to have a round shape and large size. Its extra hardy and nutritious leaves are great, both sauteed and fresh.
