HOW TO ORDER SAMPLES

You can order samples by paying €4.99 for each sample, and you will have an opportunity to touch and feel the product(s) you like. If you also tell us a little bit about your project, you might be qualified for completely FREE samples.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Are samples available for all your products?

    No. Not all the samples are available. We offer samples on most flooring, wall tile, PVC flooring, and wall panels products. You can click on “Buy Sample” button on the product page and the related sample into your cart.

  • How much are the samples?

    You need to pay only € 4.99 for each sample.

  • What will be the size of the samples?

    Each sample is approximately 15cm x 15cm in size, cut from the real product, and sent. In some patterned models, you may not be able to perceive the whole pattern with the sample due to the nature of the product, but you can feel the color and texture.

  • How are the samples packaged?

    The samples are packaged with bubble plastics and then put inside cardboard boxes to make sure that it is not damaged in transit. The SKU numbers are indicated on the labels.

  • Which carries do you ship the samples by and when will the sample(s) be delivered?

    We ship your sample order either with DHL or FedEX and transit time is approximately 4 to 7 business days after your order date.
