How to Order Samples

Ordering samples is a great way to see and feel our products in person before making a final decision. You can order individual samples for just $9.99 each.

Are samples available for all products? While we offer samples for most of our flooring, wall tiles, PVC flooring, and wall panels, they are not available for every single item. If a sample is available for a specific product, you will see a “Buy Sample” button on the product page. Simply click the button to add the sample directly to your cart.

How much do samples cost? Each sample is $9.99.

What size are the samples? Our samples are approximately 4" x 4" and are cut directly from the actual product. Please note that for certain patterned models, a 4" x 4" piece may not display the entire design, but it will give you a perfect sense of the material's true color, finish, and texture.

How are the samples packaged? We take great care in packaging our samples to ensure they arrive safely. They are securely wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent any damage during transit. Each sample is clearly labeled with its corresponding SKU number for easy reference.

Which shipping carriers do you use, and when will my samples arrive? We ship all sample orders via UPS, DHL or FedEx. The estimated transit time is 4 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed.
