28 is an exploration of specificity in manufacturing. Instead of designing form itself, here the intent was to design a system of making that yields form. Individual 28 pendants result from a complex glass blowing technique whereby air pressure is intermittently introduced into and then removed from a glass matrix which is intermittently heated and then rapidly cooled. The result is a distorted spherical shape with a composed collection of imploded inner shapes, one of which acts as a shade for a low voltage (12V, 20W) xenon or LED light source. 28's are possible with infinite versatility in color compositions, sizes and shapes. Each sphere contains an interior landscape of satellite shapes, including an opaque milk glass diffuser.

2.Installation Process
Phase 1: Preparation and Compliance Checks
1. Load-Bearing Capacity: If installing lights in a new home or replacing existing fixtures, ensure that the ceiling structure is sturdy and capable of supporting the load.
2. Tool Preparation: Gather necessary tools, such as a voltage tester, wire strippers, a step ladder, etc.
3. Power Disconnection: Turn off the main power supply to the specific room where the work will be performed.
Phase 2: Core Installation Steps
1. Unpacking and Frame Inventory: Open the packaging and verify that all included components are present.
2. Mounting the Bracket: Secure the fixture's mounting bracket to the ceiling. Ensure the bracket is firmly fixed and completely stable.
3. Adjusting the Chain: Adjust the length of the chain to set the desired hanging height for the chandelier.
4. Precise Wiring: Connect the internal wires of the fixture to the corresponding wires within the ceiling junction box.
5. Securing the Ceiling Canopy: Carefully tuck all wires into the ceiling cavity, then position the canopy flush against the ceiling and fasten it securely.
6. Installing Light Bulbs: Before attaching the lampshades, insert the prepared light bulbs into their respective sockets. At this stage, you may briefly restore power to test whether all bulbs illuminate correctly.
7. Installing Lampshades: Attach the lampshades in accordance with the instructions provided in the manual.
3.Installation Location Guide
Installation Location and Height Guidelines:
1. Dining Room:
- Installation Location: Must be suspended precisely centered directly above the dining table.
- Hanging Height: The bottom of the light fixture should be positioned 30 to 36 inches above the tabletop.
2. Living Room:
- Installation Location: Directly above the coffee table in front of the sofa, or at the visual center of an open-plan space.
- Hanging Height: The bottom of the light fixture must maintain a minimum clearance of 7 feet from the floor.
3. Master Bedroom:
- Installation Location: Suspended over the rear third of the bed (positioned toward the foot of the bed).
- Hanging Height: Adhere to the safety principle of maintaining a minimum distance of 7 feet from the bottom of the fixture to the floor. Additionally, the bottom of the fixture should be kept at least 36 inches above the surface of the mattress.
4. Entryway / Grand Foyer:
- Installation Location: Centered directly inside the main entrance.
- Hanging Height: The bottom of the fixture must under no circumstances be lower than 7.5 feet from the floor.

1. Room Lighting Selection Formula
If the light fixture is to be hung directly in the center of a living room, bedroom, or entryway, the diameter of the chandelier should be calculated as follows:
- Room Width (ft) + Room Length (ft) = Ideal Chandelier Diameter (in)
- Example: A customer's standard U.S.-style master bedroom or medium-sized living room measures 12 ft × 14 ft.
- Calculation: 12 + 14 = 26. Therefore, a light fixture with a diameter of approximately 26 inches is suitable for this room.
2. Dining Room Table Matching Formula
The diameter of the chandelier should be between 1/2 and 2/3 of the dining table's width; alternatively, it should be 12 inches narrower than the narrowest dimension of the table.
- Example: A common rectangular dining table made of marble or solid wood typically has a width of 40" – 44".
- Calculation: 12 inches narrower than the table—i.e., 44" – 12" = 32".
3. Fixture Height vs. Ceiling Height Formula
- Ceiling Height (ft) × 2.5 to 3 = Ideal Fixture Height (in)
- Example: A standard modern residential ceiling height is 9 feet.
- Calculation: 9 × 2.5 = 22.5" to 9 × 3 = 27".
