Care Instructions (Cover Only)

• Spot clean with mild soap and cool water for small marks
• If washing is needed, remove cover and use a gentle cycle with cold water
• Do not use bleach or harsh detergents
• Air dry recommended to reduce shrinkage, avoid high heat
• Zip all zippers before washing to protect the zipper teeth
• If your cover includes embroidery, avoid aggressive scrubbing over the stitched area

Note: Natural cotton may soften and relax with use, and slight shrinkage is possible if exposed to high heat.

Returns & RMA Process

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return, including pillows, sheets, pillowcases, and any item considered a personal or intimate use product.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.

Warranty

Covers include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear is not covered.
