Delivery and Payment Method
Once you place your order, we will contact you by phone to confirm your information and answer any questions. Your rug will then be carefully packaged and shipped in the best conditions to be delivered to your door within 48 hours.
Payment is made upon delivery, in cash, with the option to inspect the rug before payment. This service is completely free and only valid in Morocco.
For orders outside of Morocco, payment must be made in advance. Once payment is received, we will proceed with shipping your order.
