Description
This is the Frontier20 Ash End-cover, 12x24 in a limestone face. Frontier20 is the 20 mm outdoor programme, thick enough to be laid dry on gravel, sand or pedestals.
The appeal of limestone is that it does not draw attention to itself, which is what makes it work across a large floor. It covers the exposed cut end of a run, which is the edge that usually gives away where the tiling stopped.
The body is 20 mm and the edges are rectified, so it lays with a tight grout joint. The surface is matte. One box covers 3.87 sq ft, 2 pieces.
It is produced to order rather than pulled from stock, which is worth planning for early in a job. It is made in the United States, at Landmark's Mount Pleasant plant in Tennessee.
