This is the Frontier20 Travertine Cross Cut Philadelphia Coping & Stair, 12x24 in a travertine face. Frontier20 is the 20 mm outdoor programme, thick enough to be laid dry on gravel, sand or pedestals.
Travertine in the real material has open pores that have to be filled and refilled; nothing here needs filling. Coping caps the edge of a pool or a raised terrace, with a rounded front so there is no sharp arris underfoot.
The body is 20 mm and the edges are rectified, so it lays with a tight grout joint. The surface is matte. It is sold by the box, 3.87 sq ft per box and 2 pieces in it.
This one is made to order, so allow production time rather than treating it as a shelf item. It is made in the United States, at Landmark's Mount Pleasant plant in Tennessee.
