This is the Mood Sand Mosaic Chevron 3d, in a limestone face. Mood is the quiet end of the range, made for floors that should not be the loudest thing in the room.
The appeal of limestone is that it does not draw attention to itself, which is what makes it work across a large floor. The pieces come mesh mounted in the CHEVRON pattern, so the spacing stays even and a sheet can be cut to follow a fall to the drain.
The body is 9 mm and the edges are rectified, so it lays with a tight grout joint. The surface is matte. It is sold by the box, 2.64 sq ft per box and 5 pieces in it.
It is made in the United States, at Landmark's Mount Pleasant plant in Tennessee.
