Story
The Ozawa Twisted Bamboo Lamp is a study in organic torsion — a form that appears to have been pulled, gathered, and released into its final silhouette. The larger floor lamp editions rise from a broad base as a column of spiraling bamboo slats, each strip following a helical path that widens as it ascends, casting linear shadow patterns through its lattice of warm light. The Mini brings the same sculptural logic to an intimate scale: a ribbed hourglass shade handcrafted from a semi-translucent diffuser material, pinched at the center into a fluid figure-eight and set atop a turned solid wood base with a brushed brass stem and cap. When lit, the shade glows from within with an even amber warmth, its vertical ribbing catching the light in shallow relief. Across all three scales, the Ozawa reads as a sculptural object first and a light source second.
