Description
Silver Horizon arabesque is a honed marble waterjet deco at 8x11, and the line that matters most on its record is variation: pieces differ a lot. This is stone chosen for movement rather than consistency.
Pieces that differ
Strong variation is a specification, not a defect. It means one piece may be markedly lighter or more heavily veined than its neighbour, and a finished area will read as a collection of individuals rather than as a uniform field. Whether that suits depends entirely on the room. Waterjet cutting gives the interlocking curve, honing keeps the surface matte, and a 1x12 flatiron trim is cut from the same stone. Honed surfaces also help here, since a polish would add reflection on top of an already busy surface.

Shower floors is recorded, kitchen the noted room. Coverage runs 1.83 square feet a box, which puts 60 square feet at 38 boxes and points the piece towards a defined area. With variation this strong, laying out several boxes and choosing the order deliberately is not optional refinement but the difference between a considered surface and a chaotic one.

Care
Seal after installation and again every one to two years. Marble etches where acid lands, so keep citrus and vinegar away and clean with a pH neutral stone product only.
