Toledo Bend Reservoir, the largest man-made lake in the South by surface area and the fifth largest in the United States, is located on the Sabine River, straddling the border between Louisiana and Texas. This vast reservoir covers approximately 181,600 acres and boasts an extensive shoreline of 1,200 miles. It stretches approximately 65 miles from north to south and has a maximum width of 10 miles. Toledo Bend was constructed for the purposes of water supply, hydroelectric power generation, and recreation, and it is cooperatively managed by the Sabine River Authorities of Louisiana and Texas.
The lake is renowned as a premier destination for bass fishing, attracting anglers from across the nation. It also supports healthy populations of crappie, catfish, and white bass. Numerous boat ramps and marinas provide access to the lake. The surrounding area offers several state parks on both the Louisiana and Texas sides, including North Toledo Bend State Park and South Toledo Bend State Park in Louisiana, which provide facilities for camping, hiking, birdwatching, and more. Toledo Bend's immense size and diverse recreational opportunities make it a significant asset for both states.

The HD Maps are limited to Extra Large, " XX Large, and Gigantic sizes only. On the smaller sizes the depth change of the wood is too extreme and you end up losing detail."
