Description
This is the Trek Anthracite Bullnose, 3x24 in a slate face. Trek is the more rustic slate, including a multicolour blend that carries the rust and green of a natural bed.
A cleft slate face gives grip underfoot, which is why slate ends up in entries and mudrooms in the first place. This is the edge piece: one long side is rounded and glazed, which is what a cut tile can never be.
The body is 9 mm and the edges are rectified, so it lays with a tight grout joint. The surface is matte. One box covers 4.65 sq ft, 10 pieces.
It is made in the United States, at Landmark's Mount Pleasant plant in Tennessee.
