Description
This is the Trek Silver Mosaic A, 12x12 in a slate face. Trek is the more rustic slate, including a multicolour blend that carries the rust and green of a natural bed.
A cleft slate face gives grip underfoot, which is why slate ends up in entries and mudrooms in the first place. Mesh backing holds the layout in the A cut, which is what makes a mosaic practical on a shower floor or a backsplash.
The body is 9 mm and the edges are rectified, so it lays with a tight grout joint. The surface is matte. One box covers 9.69 sq ft, 10 pieces.
It is made in the United States, at Landmark's Mount Pleasant plant in Tennessee.
