It installs as tile, with thinset over a flat substrate, rather than as masonry with mortar and ties.
The body is 9 mm and the edges are rectified, so it lays with a tight grout joint. The surface is matte. It is sold by the box, 15.5 sq ft per box and 2 pieces in it.
Production is domestic, from the Mount Pleasant, Tennessee plant.
